1 Pound your choice uncooked breakfast sausage
1 Tube (8 oz.) cook n serve type Crescent Rolls
2 Tablespoons minced chives (optional)
Preheat oven 375
Unroll crescent roll dough on a lightly floured surface; press seams and perforations together. Roll a 14 x 10-inch rectangle. Spread uncooked sausage all over dough to the edges. Sprinkle with chives if used. Carefully roll up from long side, jelly-roll style. Cut into slices approx. 1 inch wide. Place flat side down about 1 inch apart on ungreased cookie sheet or baking pan. Bake at 375` for 15-17 minutes or until golden brown. Yeild: 1 dozen.
