  • 3 cans (15 ounce size) white hominy, drained
  • 2 cans (10 ounce size) white corn, drained
  • 1 can (4 ounce size) chopped green chiles, drained
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 container (8 ounce size) sour cream
  • 1 1/2 cup shredded monterey jack cheese
  • 1 1/2 cup shredded American cheese
  • paprika

Rinse hominy, drain well. Combine hominy and the next 6 ingredients. Spoon half of the hominy mix into a greased 11x7 inch baking dish.

Combine cheeses, sprinkle half over casserole. Spoon the remaining hominy mix over cheese. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees F for 35 minutes.

Sprinkle casserole with remaining cheese and paprika and bake uncovered for 5 minutes.
