Barbecued Boneless Beef Ribs

- 2 pounds boneless beef ribs
- 1 cup water
- 1 can (6 ounce size) tomato paste
- 1 cup ketchup
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 2 tablespoons prepared mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- cooked rice
Place the ribs in the crock pot. In a bowl, combine the water, tomato paste, ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar, mustard, and salt. Mix well and pour over the ribs. Cover the crock pot and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the ribs are tender and cooked through. Serve the ribs and sauce over cooked rice.
