  • 2 pounds boneless beef ribs
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 can (6 ounce size) tomato paste
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons prepared mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • cooked rice

Place the ribs in the crock pot.

In a bowl, combine the water, tomato paste, ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar, mustard, and salt. Mix well and pour over the ribs.

Cover the crock pot and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the ribs are tender and cooked through.

Serve the ribs and sauce over cooked rice.
