1- Double Cheeseburger Macroni Hamburger Helper in Box
4- Med Size Chicken Breast
1/2 Can Diced Tomatoes
1/4 Cup Chopped Onion
1-T. Olive Oil
1/4 Cup Ranch Dressing in Bottle
1-T. Salt
2-T. Pepper
4" Link Polish or Pork Sausage
Cut the Chicken Breast into Bite Size Pieces.
Put the noodles from the package into water and boil till tender. Drain water off.
Put into a large skillet like deep fryer. Add the Cheese mixture that is in the box with the noodles. Let sit till you....
Saute' in a skillet with the olive oil the onion, salt, pepper, and chicken breast pieces.
While that is cooking- Mix real well the 1/4 cup of Liquid kind(not dry) Ranch Dressing with water equal to 2 cups of liquid.
NOTE* YOU WILL NOT FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS ON THE BOX OF HAMBURGER HELPER. ON THERE IT REQUIRES MILK.. This Ranch Dressing and Water IS the milk for this recipe.

When your sauted chicken onion and seasonings are done, turn off heat. Turn your burner back on under the noodle/cheese mixture that you have on stove.
Add to the cheesy noodles misture, the milk/ranch dressing mixture and stir over medium heat.
Add tomatoes.Keep stirred till starts to thicken, then add the chicken and seasonings you sauteed together. Mix all stirring till thickens. It will look like tomatoe pasta.SImmer on very low heat till its as thick as you would like to serve it.
Cut your fully cooked polish sausage or pork sausage into slices. You can cook them in microwave or either in the saute pan you used. Keep them to put on top.
To garnish you can crumble potatoe chips and sprinkle on top or Ritz crackers. You can use the Ritz Sour Cream & Onion Baked for more zest!
Serve with Fried Okra and Cornbread along with Fresh Iced Tea.. DELICIOUS! Corn on Cob is easy to serve with this too.
This is filling. Feeds a family of 4 large portions.
