Hot Wings
1 pound of wings and drummetes
½ teaspoon house seasoning per pound
½ cup Cajun Chef hot wing sauce
Hot sauce for drizzling
Flour for coating
Vegetable oil for frying
Wash and season chicken. Drizzle with hot sauce and set aside.
Heat a cast iron skillet with shallow oil. Fry chicken for ten minutes per batch. 5 minutes on each side. Remove chicken from skillet and drain. Place chicken and hot wing sauce in a container,secure lid and shake until evenly coated. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce. Makes 4 servings.
