  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 can (14 ounce size) sweetened condensed milk
  • 8 ounces frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 cup chopped pecans, plus more for garnish
  • 2 (9-inch size) graham cracker pie crusts

Combine the coconut, pineapple, lemon juice, and sweetened condensed milk in a mixing bowl. Beat on medium speed with an electric mixer for 2 minutes.

Fold the whipped topping and pecans in by hand. Divide the pie filling between the crusts. Place the pies in the refrigerator and chill for 3-4 hours.

Garnish the millionaire pies with chopped pecans before serving. Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
