  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 teaspoons ground ginger
  • 2 teaspoons dry mustard
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced (or to taste)
  • salt

Combine the soy sauce, oil, honey, ginger, mustard, and garlic in a blender until smooth. Season to taste with the salt.

Use as a marinade on beef or chicken, or use in stir-fried dishes.
