SEAFOOD CASSEROLE

1 medium green pepper, finely chopped
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 cup celery, finely chopped
1 can fancy (lump) crabmeat
1 can claw crabmeat
2 (5 oz) cans shrimp
1/2 teaspoon salt
black pepper to taste
1 Tablespoon worcestershire sauce
few drops hot sauce (optional)
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
1 1/2 cups cooked rice
bread crumbs

Mix all ingredients together and pour into a baking dish. Top with bread crumbs. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
