1 cup crushed saltines (about 30 crackers)
1envelope taco seasoning mix
1/2 cup ketchup
1 can (4 ounces) mushroom stems and pieces, drained
1 can (2 1/4 ounces) sliced ripe olives, drained
1 small onion, chopped
2 eggs, beaten
2 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce
2 pounds lean ground beef
Salsa, sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese and additional olives, optional

Combine the first eight ingredients in a bowl. Add beef, mix well. Press into a greased 9 x 5 inch loaf pan. Bake uncovered, at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Serve with salsa, sour cream, cheese and olives if desired.
