Sift Together:
2 c flour
1 c. sugar
2 t. baking powder
1/2 t. baking powder
1/2 t. salt
Add 2 c. whole, fresh cranberries with dry ingredients
Add:
1 c. milk
3 T. butter, melted
Blend lightly and bake in 8 x 11' pan at 350 degrees for 35 - 40 minutes.
BUTTER SAUCE:
1 1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c + 2 T butter
1/2 pt. whipping cream, NOT WHIPPED
Boil above for 2 minutes and drizzle some over cake and serve remainder on side.
