3 8 oz. cream cheese
1 1/2 c. dark brown sugar, packed
1 T., plus 2 t. flour
1/8 t. cardamon
1 1/2 t. cinnamon
1/8 t. cloves
1/8 t. ginger
1/8 t. nutmeg
1 c., plus 2 T. sour cream
3 large eggs
2 t. vanilla
1 1/4 c. canned pumpkin
Graham cracker crust
Beat cream cheese and sugar well. In separate bowl, mix flour, cardamon, cinnamon, cloves, ginger and nutmeg. Add to cream cheese mix and blend well. Add sour cream and then add eggs one at a time. Add vanilla and pumpkin and blend well. Pour into 2 graham cracker pie crusts and bake 350 degrees for 1 hour. Check for doneness by see if center is still liquid. May require up to 20 more minutes. Cool and refrigerate.
