For a large salad:

2 boxes of bow tie pasta
1 bunch of fresh basil chopped
Fresh pressed garlic (however much you like)
1 bunch of scallions sliced thin
4 small jars of marinated artichoke hearts chopped
2 cans of hearts of palm sliced
1 large container of crumpled feta cheese
1 large container of Kalamata olives (pitted)
Olive oil (user discretion)
Balsamic vinegar (user discretion)

Cook pasta according to directions on box. Drain into colander and rinse with cold water and let drain. When drained, put into a LARGE bowl. Add fresh basil, garlic, scallions, marinated artichoke hearts, hearts of palm, feta cheese, kalamata olives. Mix well. Add olive oil and mix well. Add balsamic vinegar and mix well. Salt if desired. Chill for one hour. Pasta will soak up oil and vinegar so you may need to add more before serving.
