- 3 eggs
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1/2 cup margarine, softened
- 1 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 5 cups oatmeal
- 6 ounces chocolate chips
- 6 ounces candy coated chocolate pieces (M&Ms)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Beat the eggs then combine all the ingredients in a bowl until well mixed. Drop the cookies by spoonfuls onto baking sheets. Place in the oven and bake for 12 minutes at 350 degrees F or until lightly golden brown. Remove from the oven and let cool for 2-3 minutes on the baking sheet then remove to a cooling rack. Let cool completely.
