  • 2 packages refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 envelopes taco seasoning mix
  • 2 cans (6 ounce size) tomato paste
  • 1 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Cook the ground beef with the chopped onion until browned. Add the tomato paste and taco seasoning and mix well.

Press half the crescent rolls into the bottom of a 9x13 pan. Cover with beef mixture, then sour cream, then cheese and top with remaining crescent rolls.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes or until top crescent rolls are done.
