  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, pounded to an even thickness
  • 4 slices uncooked bacon
  • 1 pint sour cream
  • 2 cans (10.75 ounce size) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted (or cream of chicken soup)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Wrap each chicken breast with a slice of raw bacon. Place the chicken in a baking dish.

Combine the sour cream and soup and mix until smooth. Spoon the soup mixture evenly over the chicken.

Cover the baking dish with foil and bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour or until the chicken is cooked through. Serve hot.
