  • 1 1/2 pound ground beef
  • 1 package (6 ounce size) Spanish rice mix, prepared as directed on package
  • 1 envelope dry onion soup mix

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Combine the ground beef, prepared Spanish rice, and onion soup mix in a bowl. Mix well. Form the meat mixture into a loaf shape and place in a loaf pan.

Place the pan in the oven and bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour or until done.

Remove the Spanish meatloaf from the oven and let stand for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
