Ready in: 1-2 hrs

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 package (8 ounce size) cream cheese, cubed, at room temperature
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 can (14 ounce size) artichokes, drained and finely chopped
  • 1 package (10 ounce size) rinsed fresh spinach leaves, stems removed and finely chopped
  • Tostada or tortilla chips

Combine the mozzarella, cream cheese, and Parmesan in a large bowl and mix well to combine.

Mix in the garlic, pepper, artichokes, and spinach until everything is distributed.

Spoon the mixture into a small slow cooker (3 1/2 quart size or smaller). The mixture will cook down so don't worry if it's very full at first.

Cover the crock pot and cook on high heat for 2 hours or until the dip is hot and bubbly.

Stir the spinach artichoke dip well before serving and serve with tostada or tortilla chips or your favorite dippers.
