Rosemary Roasted Cashews

- 1 1/4 pound cashews, whole or pieces
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 2 teaspoons packed dark brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Place the cashews on a rimmed baking sheet and place in the oven. Bake at 375 degrees F for 10 minutes or until heated. In a bowl, combine the rosemary, cayenne, brown sugar, salt, and melted butter. Mix well. Add the warm cashews and stir until the nuts are completely coated. Serve the rosemary roasted cashews warm.
