  • 1 1/4 pound cashews, whole or pieces
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 2 teaspoons packed dark brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.

Place the cashews on a rimmed baking sheet and place in the oven. Bake at 375 degrees F for 10 minutes or until heated.

In a bowl, combine the rosemary, cayenne, brown sugar, salt, and melted butter. Mix well. Add the warm cashews and stir until the nuts are completely coated.

Serve the rosemary roasted cashews warm.
