1 cup catsup
1/4 cup soy sauce, cider vinegar and apple juice
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 medium onion, finely grated
2 tsp grated green bell pepper
3/4 tsp granulated garlic and white pepper
Sugar to taste
1/4 Golden Delicious apple, peeled, grated

Combine first 10 ingredients in saucepan; mix well. Simmer over low heat for 5 to 10 minutes or until of the desired consistency, stirring occasionally. Stir in apple. Simmer for 5 minutes longer. Use as a finishing sauce and table sauce with any cut of pork, especially ribs. Store in refrigerator for up to 1 week.
