4 Chicken Breast Halves
1/4 cup vegetable oil and olive oil
1/2 cup sauterne and chicken broth
6 tbsp apple jelly, melted
3 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp seasoned salt and minced fresh parsley
1 tsp celery powder
1/2 tsp rosemary, tarragon and pepper
1/2 cup white wine Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup melted butter
1/2 tsp garlic salt
Rinse chicken and pat dry. Arrange chicken in nonreactive dish. Pour mixture of vegetable oil, olive oil, white wine, broth, apple jelly, lemon juice, 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce, seasoned salt, parsley, celery powder, rosemary, tarragon and pepper over chicken, turning to coat. Marinate, covered, in refrigerator for 3-8 hours or longer, turning occasionally. Drain, reserving marinade.
Cook chicken in water smoker at 200 degrees using apple wood for 3 1/2 hours or until cooked through, basting with reserved marinade every 30 minutes. Glaze chicken with mixture of 1/2 cup white wine Worcestershire sauce, honey, margarine and garlic salt 20 minutes before end of cooking process. Reduce cooking time to 1 3/4 hours and baste and turn chicken every 15-20 minutes if using smoker without water pan. Serves 4
