24 oz ketchup
1 cup cider vinegar
1/2 cup unsulfured molasses
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 cup water
1 tbsp paprika, onion powder and mustard powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

Combine all ingredients in medium saucepan. Bring to a boil and reduce heat to medium. Simmer until sauce is thickened and reduced by one-third (30 minutes). Let cool to room temperature before using.
