1 tube refrigerated cookie dough, room temperature
1/2 cups flour
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup finely chopped macadamia nuts
Hersheys Bliss White Chocolate Meltaways
Glaze
1 cups confectioners sugar
2 tbsp milk
1/4 tsp lemon extract
Shredded coconut
Mix cookie dough with flour and vanilla extract. Stir in chopped nuts. Shape 1 tbsp dough around 1 chocolate candy. Place 2 inches apart on parchment-lined baking sheets. Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Cool on wire racks.
Glaze: Combine ingredients and dip cookies into glaze. Sprinkle with coconut. Let stand until set.
