1/2 lb sliced bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
1/2 cup chopped onion and green bell pepper
12 eggs
1 cup milk
1 (16 oz) pkg frozen hash browns, thawed
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp dill weed

In skillet bacon was cooked in, saute vegetables until tender; remove with a slotted spoon. Beat eggs and milk in a bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients, sauteed vegetables and bacon. Transfer to a greased 13x9 inch baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 35-45 minutes.
