3 cups medium noodles or 1 cup elbow macaroni
1 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 tbsp butter
1 can condensed cheddar cheese or cream of mushroom soup
3/4 cup milk
1 (9 1/2 oz) can tuna, drained and broken into chunks
1/4 cup chopped pimiento
2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
Cook noodles until al dente, drain and set aside.
While noodles are cooking, in a saucepan, cook celery and onion in butter until tender. Stir in soup and milk. Gently stir in tuna, pimiento and cooked noodles. Transfer to a 1 1/2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 375 for 25-30 minutes or until heated through.
