1 cup nuts, chopped
1 box yellow cake mix
1/2 cup butter, softened
5 large eggs, divided
1 (16 oz) pkg powdered sugar, siftened
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese softened
1 tsp vanilla extract
In a bowl, mix togther first 3 ingredients and 1 egg. Press cake mixture into a greased 13x9 inch cake pan, leaving a raised edge around the sides.
In another bowl, beat together powdered sugar, cream cheese, eggs and vanilla until thoroughly combined. Spread over cake mixture and bake for 45 minutes at 325 or until the center is set.
