1 lb can salmon, drained, skin and bones removed
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp salt
3 tbsp onion, minced
1/2 cup pecans, chopped
3 tbsp fresh parsley, minced

Combine first 5 ingredients until well blended. Cover and refrigerate for several hours. Form into logs or a ball. Mix pecans and parsley and roll to coat outside. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
