2 cans tuna
1/2 cup each chopped celery and onion
3 cups cooked egg noodles
1 small jar chopped pimentos
1 cup sour cream
1 cup sour cream
1 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp each dried thyme and salt
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp dried basil
3/4 cup frozen peas
1 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 cup dried Italian blend bread crumbs
1 tbsp melted butter
1 cup chopped tomato

Preheat oven to 350. Combine ingredients except the last three and spoon half the mixture into a greased casserole dish and sprinkle with half the cheddar cheese. Top with remaining tuna mixture and cover with remaining cheese. Combine parmesan cheese, bread crumbs and melted butter and sprinkle over top. Bake about 30 minutes or until bubbly and crumb mixture is lightly browned. Sprinkle with chopped tomato and serve. Serves 6-8
