1/2 cup chicken broth and ketchup
2 tbsp cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce and brown sugar
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
2 lb boneless pork loin

In a saucepan, combine first 9 ingredients, bring to a boil. Reduce heat, simmer uncovered 5 minutes. Remove from heat, cool slightly. Place 2/3 cup of marinade in a bowl for basting. Cover and chill.

Pour remaining marinade in a large resealable bag. Cut pork into 5 slices, about 1 inch thick. Add to bag, seal and turn to coat, refrigerate overnight. Drain and discard marinade.

Place pork on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray. Broil 4 inch from heat for 10 minutes on each side or until juices run clear, brushed with reserved marinade, turning occasionally. Serves 4-6
