3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp dry red wine
1 tsp oil
1/2 tsp dried thyme
2 cloves garlic, pressed
2 (3/4 lb) pork tenderloins

Combine first 5 ingredients in a large resealable bag. Add tenderloins to bag, seal and turn to coat; refrigerate at least 8 hours or overnight.

Drain and discard marinade. Grill, covered, over medium heat (about 300 to 350 degrees), turning occasionally, about 20 minutes. Serves 6
