1 (1 lb) pork tenderloin
1-2 tbsp lemon pepper
2 tbsp butter and lemon juice
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp Dijon mustard and white wine
1 tbsp minced parsley or chopped chives, garnish

Cut tenderloin into 8 pieces and place the pieces between sheets of plastic wrap and flatten to 1/2 inch thickness. Sprinkle with lemon pepper on both sides.

Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook tenderloin pieces in butter 3-4 minutes on each side, or until no longer and juices run clear. Remove to a warm serving plate.

To the pan juices, add next 4 ingredients. Stir in heat through. Pour over the pork and sprinkle with parsley or chives. Serves 4
