8 ounces cream cheese softened
1 pkg (4 ounces) crumbed feta cheese with basil and tomatoes
6 tablespoons butter or margarine softened
1/4 cup sour cream
1 clove garlic minced
1/4 cup ripe olives very finely chopped
2 tablespoons chives finely chopped
Assorted crackers and cocktail breads
Celery sticks
Cucumber slices or zucchini slices
In large bowl, beat cream cheese, feta cheese and butter with electric mixer until smooth. Add sour cream and garlic; mix well. Stir in olives and chives. Chill. Makes 2 cups.
Fill Dessert Decorator with spread. Attach tip; pipe spread onto crackers, celery sticks, cucumber or zucchini slices.
*If desired, substitute 1 package (4 oz.) plain feta cheese, 1 teaspoon dried basil and 2 tablespoons finely chopped sun-dried tomatoes in oil.
