Category: Desserts
Prep Time:       Cook Time:       Total Time:

1 (1 lb) jar hot fudge sauce
2 to 3 tbsp Kahlua
3 large brownies from a bakery
1 pint white chocolate gelato or vanilla ice cream
1 small box fresh raspberries
Caramel sauce

Fill the bottom of a double-boiler half full of hot water. Place over medium-high heat and bring to a boil. Pour the hot fudge sauce into the top half and, stirring occasionally, heat long enough to melt. Do not bring to a simmer.

One at a time, dip each martini glass into the chocolate to coat the rim. Twirl the glass in the sauce several times and then lift to allow excess chocolate to run off. It will become firm quickly. Place each glass on a small serving saucer and set aside at room temperature. Stir the Kahla into the remaining chocolate sauce.

Cut each brownie into 4 small pieces and place on a microwave-safe plate. When you are ready to finish the dessert, heat the brownies on High (100 percent power), just long enough to warm, about 90 seconds. Place 2 pieces in each glass. Top first with a small scoop of ice cream or gelato and then with warm fudge sauce. Garnish with fresh raspberries and drizzles of caramel sauce.

Makes 6 servings.
