1 clove garlic, minced
2 tbsp vegetable oil
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, boiled and shredded
8 small shrimp, shelled, deveined and chipped
1 pork chop, broiled and shredded
1 carrot, peeled and finely chopped
1/2 cup finely shredded cabbage
4 oz fresh mushrooms, chopped
1 lb spaghetti, cooked al dente, drained
2 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp salt
Pepper

Saute garlic in oil in a skillet. Add the next 3 ingredients and cook, stirring frequently, until the shrimp is cooked. Add the vegetables. Mix thoroughly and just cooked until tender. Stir in cooked spaghetti until well blended. Add the remaining ingredients and stir until well mixed and continue to cook until heated through. Serves 4
