Cookie
1 cup butter, softened
1 cup confectioners sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups flour

Filling
1 cup confectioners sugar
2 tbsp flour
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup coconut and chopped nuts

Icing
1/3 cup chocolate chips
2 tbsp water and butter
1/2 cup confectioners sugar

Preheat oven to 350. Cookie: In large bowl, cream together the first 4 ingredients. Lightly spoon flour into creamed mixture. Shape dough for each cookie; place 2 inch apart on ungreased cookie sheets. With thumb, make imprint I center of each cookie. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Immediately remove from cookie sheets.

Filling: In a small bowl, cream together the first 4 ingredients. Stir in nuts and coconut. Fill each warm cookie with about 1/2 tsp filling.

Icing: Melt chocolate chips with water and butter, stirring constantly in a microwave. Remove form heat. Add confectioners sugar; blend until smooth. Drizzle over cookies. 5 dozen.
