3 1/2 cups sugar
1 (12 oz) can evaporated milk
1/2 cup butter
2 tbsp light corn syrup
1 tbsp white vinegar
2 1/2 cups creamy or crunch peanut butter
1 (7 oz) jar marshmallow cream
Ina saucepan, combine first 5 ingredients. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a full rolling boil; boil and stir constantly for 5 minutes. Remove form heat. Add peanut butter and marshmallow cream; stir until smooth. Spread into an ungreased 13x9 inch baking pan; cool completely. Cut into squares. Store in tightly covered container at room temperature.
