2 cups flour
4 tsp baking powder
2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 cup butter, cut into chunks
3/4 cup apple cider
1/8 tsp cinnamon

Combine dry ingredients and cut in butter to make coarse crumbs. Stir in cider and mix to form a soft dough. Turn onto a lightly floured surface and knead into a small ball. Pat to 1/2 inch thickness and cut with a floured biscuit cutter. Place 1 inch apart on an ungreased cookie sheet. Sprinkle with cinnamon and bake 12-15 minutes. Cool on rack.
