1 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup confectioners sugar
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
1 (1 oz) square unsweetened chocolate, carefully melted
2 1/4 cup flour
1/4 tsp salt
1 (6 oz) pkg semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/4 cup confectioners sugar
2 tbsp cocoa
Preheat oven to 375. Lightly grease cookie sheets. In a large bowl, cream butter and 1/2 cup confectioners sugar. Blend in vanilla and melted chocolate. Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup; level off. At low speed, blend in flour and salt. By hand; fold in chocolate chips. Shape into 1 inch balls. Place on cookie sheets. Bake for 10-12 minutes; cool.
In another bowl; combine 1/4 confectioners sugar and cocoa. Roll cooled cookies in cocoa mixture.
