1/3 cup each sugar, soy sauce and brown sugar
1 tbsp grated ginger root or to taste
1 1/2 lbs salmon fillets

Preheat grill to medium-high. Whisk together first 4 ingredients and marinate salmon in mixture 15-20 minutes. Cook on grill about 10-12 minutes, turning once. Serves 4
