1 lb medium shrimp, peeled with tails in tact
1 oz Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp pepper
1 cup unsalted butter
1 rosemary sprig
1/2 tsp paprika
Hot sauce, to taste
2 tbsp chopped garlic
2 cups rice, cooked
Rinse and butterfly shrimp; set aside. In a skillet, melt butter. Add garlic and rosemary and saute for 2 minutes. Add paprika, pepper, Worcestershire sauce and hot sauce. Reduce heat and allow to cook 2 additional minutes. Add shrimp and saute until shrimp turn pink. Do not overcook. Place rice in serving bowl; top with shrimp and sauce.
