1/2 cup corned beef (diced)
1/4 cup sauerkraut (squeezed and drained)
1/4 cup Swiss cheese (shredded)
4 ounces cream cheese (room temperature)
1/4 cup thousand islands dressing
Mix everything in a large bowl. Pour the mixture into a baking dish. Bake at 350 for until bubbling on the sides and golden brown on top, about 20 minutes.
Serve with toasted rye bread or rye chips.
