1 (4 1/2 oz) can chopped green chilies, drained
1/2 lb EACH Monterey jack, cheddar and Colby cheeses, shredded
1/4 cup black olives, chopped
Mix together. Bake at 250 until bubbly. Garnish is black olives or green peppers.
