1 tablespoon oil
2 pork tenderloins (1-1/2 to 2 pounds total)
1/2 teaspoon rubbed sage
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 garlic clove, minced
1/3 cup water
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
In a large skillet, heat the oil over high heat. Rub the pork with the sage, salt, and pepper. Add the pork to the skillet and brown on all sides. Add the garlic and water, then reduce the heat to medium-low, cover, and cook for 15 to 17 minutes, or until desired doneness. Sprinkle with the parsley, cut into thin slices, and serve with the pan drippings. Serves 4-6
