2-1/2 cup diced cooked chicken
1 cup seedless red grapes, halved
1 (20 oz) can pineapple tidbits, drained
3/4 cup slice celery
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1 cup navel orange segments
3/4 cup sliced firm banana (cut crosswise)
1/3 cup salted peanuts
In a large bowl, combine chicken, grapes, pineapple, celery, mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Gently fold in orange segments.
Cover and refrigerate until chilled. Just prior to serving, fold in banana slices and sprinkle with peanuts. Serves 8
