3 cups baking mix
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup flour
6 eggs
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup butter, softened
1/8 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla or lemon extract

Heat oven to 350. Grease a 10 inch tube pan. Blend all ingredients in large bowl and beat on low speed 1/2 minute, scraping bowl frequently. Beat 4 minutes at medium speed. Pour batter into pan. Bake 55 to 60 minutes or until cake tests done in center. Cool slightly before removing from pan. Sprinkle with confectioners sugar or with a lemon glaze, if desired.

Glaze: Mix 2 cups confectioners sugar, 1 tbsp melted butter, milk for desired consistency, 3 tbsp lemon juice until smooth. Pour over cake.
