10 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1 tube crescent rolls
2 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese
1/2 cup milk
1/2 tsp pepper
1 1/2 lb hash brown potatoes
1 1/2 lb hot Italian sausage, cooked, crumbled and drained
1/2 cup each chopped green onions, green and red peppers
2 tbsp oil
After removing sausage from skillet, fry potatoes in oil, adding onions and peppers. Fry until tender. Combine eggs, milk and spices and set aside. Grease a 13x9 inch baking dish. Line bottom of dish with crescent roll, meat, potatoes and cheese. Pour egg mixture of top of casserole. Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes. Serves 10
