6 large eggs, hard-boiled and peeled
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp oregano
1/8 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper
Additional oregano and Parmesan cheese (optional)
2 tbsp finely-chopped pimento
12 pimento-stuffed green olives

Halve eggs lengthwise. Remove yolks and place in a small bowl. Mash yolks with a fork and stir in mayonnaise, olives, Parmesan cheese, oregano, and garlic powder. Add salt and pepper to taste. Fill egg whites evenly with yolk mixture. Garnish with additional oregano, Parmesan cheese, and olives, if desired. Store covered in refrigerator.
