8 oz pkg uncooked egg noodles, cooked al dente, drained
2 (7 oz) cans tuna, well drained
1 1/2 cup sour cream
3/4 cup milk
1 can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper and Old Bay Seafood seasoning
1 cup frozen peas and carrots
1 cup diced celery
Topping
1/4 cup bread crumbs and grated parmesan cheese
2 tbsp butter, melted
Preheat oven to 350. While pasta is cooking, mix together, in a bowl, the next 9 ingredients. Fold in cooked noodles. Pour into an ungreased casserole dish.
Mix together topping ingredients and sprinkle over casserole. Bake, uncovered, 35-40 minutes or until bubbly.
