Cupcakes
1 box lemon cake
1 pkg vanilla pudding mix
4 eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2/3 cup water
1/4 cup lime juice
1/4 cup tequila
2 tbsp grand mariner

Glaze
1 cup confectioners sugar
1 tbsp tequila
2 tbsp grand mariner
2 tbsp lime juice

Whipped Cream Cheese Frosting
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, room temperature
1 cup sugar
1/8 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line pan with cupcake liners.

Combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, oil, water, lime juice and grand mariner. Beat for 2 minutes. Pour batter into pan and back for 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean. While cupcakes are cooling mix glaze ingredients and spoon over the cupcakes. Let cupcakes cool completely.

Frosting: Beat whipping cream until stiff peaks form, set aside. In large bowl combine cream cheese, sugar, salt and vanilla. Beat until smooth then fold in whipped cream. Frost as desired.
