9-12 uncooked lasagna noodles
1 lb ground beef
1 pkg taco seasoning mix
3/4 cup water
1 (15 oz) carton ricotta cheese
1 (4.5 oz) can chopped green chilies
2 eggs
1 (30 oz) jar spaghetti sauce
2 tsp cumin
1 (9 oz) box frozen corn
1 (15 oz) can black beans, drained and rinsed
12 oz shredded Monterey jack cheese

Preheat oven to 375. Spray a 13x9 inch baking dish with cooking spray. Cook noodles as directed. Brown meat; drain; rinse and drain again. Return to skillet; add seasoning and water. Simmer 5 minutes or until thickened.

In a small bowl, combine ricotta, chilies and eggs In another bowl, combine spaghetti sauce and cumin. Place 3-4 noodles on bottom of pan. Layer by spreading 1/3rd of ricotta mixture, 1/3rd meat, 1/3 corn, 1/3rd beans, 1/3rd sauce and 1/3rd cheese. Repeat layers 2 times. Bake for 40-50 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Serves 12
