5 lb chicken drummettes
2 (4 oz) jars strained apricot baby food
6 oz soy sauce
2 tsp ground ginger
1 clove garlic, minced
Place wings in a resealable bag and combine remaining ingredients then pour over wings. Cover and refrigerate overnight, turning occasionally.
Preheat oven to 350. Arrange wings on a foil-lined pan. Bake, uncovered, for 1 hour or until tender. Serve hot.
